These Terms and Conditions govern the ordering, sale, and insured courier dispatch of hardware from AZDM // Direct Hardware & Desk Architecture (Cape Town Vault), operated by AZ Labs South Africa (Main Road, Rondebosch, Cape Town, 7700) to customers across the Republic of South Africa.

1. Regulatory Framework (ECTA & CPA)

This storefront operates in compliance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer right under South African law.

2. Serialized Vault Stock, ZAR Pricing & 5% Ecosystem Bundle

• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) inclusive of 15% VAT.
• When 3 or more hardware units are present in your shopping bag, an automatic AZDM 5% Ecosystem Bundle Discount is applied to your cart subtotal at /cart/ and /checkout/.

3. Nationwide Insured Courier & Risk Transfer

• Orders of R750 or more qualify automatically for Free Insured SA Express Courier. Orders below R750 are billed at flat regional courier rates (R89 Western Cape, R99 Gauteng & KZN, R149 Regional SA).
• In accordance with Section 19 of the CPA, risk of loss or damage in transit remains 100% with AZDM until the parcel is PIN-verified and signed for at your delivery address.

4. Returns, Cooling-Off & 12-Month Direct Swap Warranty

Returns and warranty claims are governed by our 10-Day CPA Returns Policy and 12-Month Direct Cape Town Swap Warranty.
