Every unit dispatched from the AZDM Cape Town Hardware Vault is protected by plain-language return guarantees under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA, Act 68 of 2008) and ECTA (Act 25 of 2002).
10-Business-Day Easy Returns
Return any unopened, unused hardware unit in its original factory-sealed packaging within 10 business days of delivery for a 100% ZAR refund or vault credit.
48-Hour Arrival Protection
If any unit arrives damaged in transit or dead-on-arrival, notify us within 48 hours and AZDM covers 100% of return courier collection and direct swap dispatch.
12-Month Cape Town Cover
Hardware faults are covered by both your statutory CPA rights and our 12-Month Direct Cape Town Swap Warranty.
1. Unopened Cooling-Off Returns (10 Business Days)
- Email [email protected] with your Order ID within 10 business days of courier delivery.
- Hardware must be unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging with all protective films, braided cables, and serial labels intact.
- For biometric hygiene protection, Pulse Earbuds Pro and smart rings (Halo Ring Pro / Orbit Ring Air / Halo Ring) with broken inner hygiene seals are eligible for return only if a verified hardware fault is present.
2. Defective Hardware & Direct Cape Town Swap
- If your unit develops a hardware defect, AZDM schedules insured courier collection directly from your desk at R0 cost to you.
- Once verified at our Rondebosch, Cape Town lab (within 48 hours of receipt), we dispatch a brand-new replacement unit or issue a full ZAR refund within 3–5 business days.
